Self-Paced Tutorial Drop & Extension Policies (SPT's)

Drop/Refund Policy (SPT's)

Enrollments can be dropped and refunded if:  The start date is within the last six months and the student has not completed the course by final exam submission or access term expiration.

Drop requests should be submitted using the Drop/Transfer Request Form located under the Tracking tab in your Online Administration Center.

Extension Policy (SPT's)
No extensions are available for Self-paced Tutorials.  Students who need additional access must re-enroll and make additional payment.

Transfer Policy (SPT's)
Transfers between course titles cannot be processed.  The student must be dropped from their current enrollment and re-enrolled in the desired course.  Please refer to the Drop/Refund Policy
