Enrollment & Technical Support

Partner Helpdesk is a partner resource to support the day-to-day administration of your ed2go online programs. Contact us if you have questions about the management of your students, account, catalog, Online Instruction Center(s) and/or your Online Administration Center(s). You may contact the Partner Helpdesk directly at this link, or call 1-800-701-8755 option 4.

Students can be referred to ed2go Student Support team They can be reached through the "Help" link on every ed2go website, through or at 1-866-441-5454 option 3.

Marketing & Partnership Support

Your Account Manager is a resource to help you market and grow your ed2go program. They will have best practices on program development, marketing and program opportunities (e.g. WIOA, Military and Teacher Professional Development).

Account Managers also offer assistance to our prospective ed2go partners. Each ed2go partner has an assigned and dedicated Account Manager. If you're considering a new ed2go partnership, please contact the Account Manager for your area.


Billing & Statement Support

Contact our Accounting Department should you have questions about your statement, invoice, net check or any billing/invoicing related questions. Accounting can also assist with credit card payment receipt copies, and drop or transfer status. Accounting can be reached via the email links below, or by phone at 1-800-701-8755 option 6.
