Help Students Enroll in an Instructor Led Online Class

Looking to walk a student through the enrollment process for an Instructor Led Online Classes? Just copy and paste the following instruction template and share with your students.

Be sure to replace our webname placeholder (marked in bold) with your school's ed2go webname/site code.

 
To register for the course, please go to http://www.ed2go.com/xxx and find the course(s) that you wish to take.  Click the  “Add to Cart” button towards the top right of the page.

You will then be brought to My Cart. Choose which session of the course you would like to be registered in by clicking the down arrow next to the next session date. You can choose any date in the drop down menu to begin your course.

To register for another course, click on the “Continue Shopping” link on the bottom left of the page.

To complete the registration process, click on the “Continue to Checkout” button on the bottom right.

Use the “New Students Start Here” option if you are a new ed2go student. Enter your email address in the box and click on “Create A New Account”. Complete both the “Account Information” box on the left and the “Student Information” box on the right. Then click “Continue to Checkout”.

Use the “Returning Student” option if you are a returning ed2go student. Enter your email address in the top box and your password in the bottom box.  If you do not remember the password that you set, you can use the temporary password of “password” without the quotation marks. This temporary password will expire in 24 hours. If you do use this password, you will be prompted to change it, as soon as you have used it. Click on “Sign In”.

On the next screen you will need to complete the “Payment Options” box followed by the “Billing Information” box. You will have the option to click on a button that says “Use my account information” if your account information is the same as your credit card billing information.

Click “Checkout”

This will complete the registration process and you will receive an enrollment confirmation at the email address you provided. An email regarding course access will also be sent the day before the start date of the course(s).
