Enrollment Reporting

Enrollment reporting is available for viewing and download in your Online Administration Center.


Fundamental Courses (Formerly known as ILC's)

To view your roster, including previous, current and future session enrollments, log into your Online Administration Center. You'll want to ensure you're viewing the correct roster before proceeding.

From the Tracking tab, go to the Manage and Enroll Students tool to sort and filter your enrollments by the desired criteria. For example, if you would like a report of enrollments occurring in the last calendar month, you might enter the appropriate Date Range. Once you have your data filtered, you can download this report into a .CSV file. For more on downloading your roster, read this article.


The Online Administration Center for Fundamental Courses also has an Enrollment Totals report, which shows you at a glance, the total number of enrollments received for a particular session. The Enrollment Totals report can also be found under the Tracking tab, as well as the Data tab. This report is not currently available for Advanced Career Training Programs (Formerly known as CTP's).



Advanced Career Training Programs (Formerly known as CTP's)

To view your roster, including Active, Complete, Pending and Incomplete enrollments, log into your Online Administration Center and be sure you are viewing the correct roster. From the Students tab you can sort and filter your enrollments by the desired criteria. For example, if you would like a report of enrollments occurring in the last calendar month, you might enter the appropriate Date Range.

Once you have your data filtered, you can download this report into a .CSV file. For more on downloading your roster, read this article.
