Certificate of Completion- My Student Has Completed - Advanced Career Training

Upon successful completion of an Advanced Career Training program, the partner is responsible for issuing the the completing student their certificate of completion.

Process

When a student completes an Advanced Career Training Program (formerly known as CTP's) and ed2go, if applicable, has verified the student has fulfilled any financial obligation to ed2go's loan partner, ed2go will email you a Student Completion Notice that will contain the student's name, final grade and other important program details so that you can provide them with their certificate.  The completion email serves as the official notice and confirmation of the student's completion making them eligible for their certificate of completion.


Procedure

Upon receipt of the Student Completion Notice email your institution would generate a certificate of completion using a certificate of your choosing (preferred) or one of our certificate templates. We recommend using a certificate with an embossed seal, including the student's first and last name, program title and completion date, printed on heavier stock paper, and mailing the hard copy to the student along with a PDF copy via email. Certificates are to be sent within 30 days of student completion.
