Student Registration Overview- Advanced Career Training Programs

Depending on your site set up students may enroll through: your ed2go hosted website, one of the ed2go Admissions Counselors or your institution, directly. If student contact you to register, you can process the registration on their behalf from your Online Administration Center at http://admin.ed2go.com


ed2go Manages Leads and Registrations On Your Behalf

Students can enroll directly through your hosted ed2go Advanced Career Training Program (formerly known as CPT's) site using our secure online payment process or apply for the ed2go loan program. Once a student enrolls, an Enrollment Notification is sent to the email addresses designated on your Online Administration Center. The student will now appear on your roster in the Online Administration Center. The student will not be given a start date until the Student Agreement Notification is accepted. Then, the registration will be completed. Students participating in the ed2go loan program will only be registered once their loan is approved.

ed2go's contact information is also listed on your website, which allows us to manage leads, as well as answer questions submitted by prospective students.

NOTE: ed2go can only accept credit card payments. Students who cannot pay ed2go with a credit card will be referred back to your institution to accept payment and process their registration in the Online Administration Center.




 

Your Institution Manages Leads and Registrations

Contact information for your institution's Student Representative is listed as the main point of contact on your ed2go hosted website, allowing you to manage leads as well as answer program content and mechanics questions submitted by prospective students. At any time, you're also welcome to refer the student to an ed2go Admissions Counselor for any content-related questions, and when ready to enroll, the student will be referred back to the Student Representative with your institution. Our Admissions team can be reached at 877.221.5151.



Students only have the ability to submit a "Contact Me" lead form through your hosted ed2go site; they will not be able to register themselves. Once this form is submitted, the designated email recipients with your institution will be sent a New Lead email at which time you would follow up with the student to address any concerns, collect payment, and register the student through your Online Administration Center.



Your institution may also choose to participate in the ed2go loan program; however, this would require for ed2go to process the registration on your behalf. Students participating in the ed2go loan program will only be registered by ed2go once their loan is approved. Once a student is enrolled, the designated email contacts will be sent an Enrollment Confirmation, noting "Loan" as the Payment Type, and the student will appear on your roster in the Online Administration Center.
