When your students successfully complete the Advanced Career Training Program (formerly known as CTP's), you will issue them a Certificate of Completion.
Advanced Career Training Program Completion
Your institution is responsible for issuing a Certificate of Completion within 30 days of the completion notification being sent to you. ed2go strongly recommends mailing a hard copy certificate with an embossed seal to the student, including the student's first/last name, program title and completion date, printed on heavier stock paper.
Students will be marked Complete when they have completed the course requirements, their instructor reviews and confirms all components of the course were successfully completed and they have fulfilled any financial obligations (i.e. student loan). Completion verification from the instructor may take approximately 48 hours from the time the student completes their program.
Verify Student Completion
When a student completes an Advanced Career Training Program and we've verified they've paid their ed2go loan in full (if applicable), we will email you a Completion Notice containing the student's name and other important program details. The completion email serves as our approval for you to issue the student their certificate. Upon receipt of this email you should generate a certificate. You can use one of our templates (see below) or the template of your choice.
In addition to the completion email, from the Online Administration Center you can quickly pull a list of completed students. Under the Students tab you can sort by "completion", on the left of the page. You can also choose a date range. You will then see a complete report of students that have completed and you can create and send your student their Certificate.
